Felonk Analytics – User Data Deletion
How to Request Data Deletion
Felonk Analytics allows you to request the deletion of all data we hold that is
associated with your account. You can do this in any of the following ways:
Option 1: From Within the App
- Sign in to your Felonk Analytics account.
- Go to the Accounts page.
- Click Disconnect on each connected social media account — this removes all stored tokens and revokes access.
- To delete your entire user account and all associated analytics data, contact us at
privacy@felonk.co.za.
Option 2: From Facebook
- Go to your Facebook App Settings.
- Find Felonk Analytics in the list of apps.
- Click Remove and select the option to delete all data the app has about you.
- Facebook will automatically notify us and we will delete all data associated with your account.
Option 3: Email Us Directly
Send an email to privacy@felonk.co.za with
the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address
associated with your Felonk Analytics account. We will process your request and confirm
deletion within 5 business days.
What Data Is Deleted?
When we process a data deletion request, we remove the following:
- All connected social media account records and encrypted access tokens.
- All posts, comments, reactions, and media imported from your connected accounts.
- All sentiment analysis scores associated with your content.
- All analytics summaries and reports generated for your accounts.
- Your user account and profile information (upon full account deletion request).
Data Retention
Once a deletion request is processed, your data is permanently removed from our
active database. Backup copies, if any, are purged within 30 days.
