Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Felonk Analytics, a social media analytics platform operated by Felonk Media ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Felonk Analytics provides social media analytics, reporting, and sentiment analysis for Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts that you own or officially manage. The platform is intended for use by digital marketing agencies and their authorised staff.

2. Account Registration

Access to the platform is by invitation only. Accounts are created and enabled by a system administrator.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not share your account credentials with any unauthorised person.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@felonk.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Connecting Social Media Accounts

You may only connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts for which you have legitimate admin or editor access.
By connecting an account, you authorise Felonk Analytics to read posts, engagement metrics, insights, and comments from that account via the Meta Graph API.
You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant this access on behalf of the account holder.
You may disconnect any social account at any time from the Accounts page, or by revoking access via your Facebook App Settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform to monitor, scrape, or analyse accounts you do not own or manage.
Attempt to circumvent authentication, access other tenants' data, or interfere with the platform's operation.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Meta's Platform Terms.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

5. Data and Analytics

Analytics data displayed in the platform is sourced from the Meta Graph API and is subject to Meta's data availability and rate limits.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time nature of any data displayed.
Historical data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content comprising the Felonk Analytics platform is the intellectual property of Felonk Media. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on analytics data provided by the platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Felonk Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or for any operational reason, with or without notice. You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@felonk.co.za.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
